Rafting Guide |
Whether you are interested in training for a new summer career or just learning the skills to run exciting whitewater rivers, Independent Whitewater would like to invite you to take part in our Guide Training Seminar on the Arkansas River. When you've completed this program you will exceed the state guiding requirements by 50 hours. And even if you're not looking to become a professional guide you can still spend up to 14 days on the river having fun and learning a new skill.
When: May 15 to May 30 Where: Arkansas River Cost: $500 Training will take place on the commercially run, class III and IV sections on the Arkansas and includes at least one overnight trip. In addition, we will take at least one run down Clear Creek, the Royal Gorge and the Numbers all of which have exciting class IV+ rapids. To reserve a spot or get more information give us a call. Our reservation policy includes a 50% non-refundable deposit to guarantee your spot. |
