I Believe in More Miles, More Smiles!

If there’s one thing we cultivate at IW, it’s smiles. We’re lucky enough to be in the whitewater rafting business which means we get to help people have fun all summer long. It’s a pretty amazing job, really. Maybe that’s why we’re so proud of the fact that we float more miles on our  Browns Canyon ½ Day and Browns Canyon Full Day trips than any other company in the Arkansas River Valley.

I know, I know, you might be skeptical. How can we possibly manage to float more miles than every other company on the river? Is it a wormhole? Space time continuum? Flux capacitor?  While we wish we could time travel and maybe even drive a fancy Delorean, it’s actually our private land access that allows us to give you the best trips on the Arkansas.

Every other company rafting Browns Canyon ends their half-day trip at a Hecla Junction (a public take-out). But keep floating just one mile down the river and you’ll find Seidel’s Suckhole and Twin Falls, two of the best rapids in Browns Canyon. After we run these rapids, our private takeout is mere minutes away, making it easy to increase miles and smiles for all our ½ day guests.

So come join us at IW for our Browns Canyon ½ Day! We’ll take you through all the classic Browns Canyon rapids like Pinball, Zoom Flume, and The Staircase, but we won’t stop there. IW will keep you floating through Seidel’s Suckhole and Twin Falls, two of the most classic rapids on this river. Once you try it, we know you’ll become a more miles, more smiles believer.
